DESCRIPTION:Workshop Overview \nWhat if you could enhance your body awareness and\, in turn\, improve your riding and connection with your horse? How might that transform your partnership with your horse? \nI’ve learned that our awareness as humans profoundly impacts our interactions with horses. Building trust with a horse starts with the awareness that you have within yourself and in turn\, your equine partner. The smallest movements\, subtle give-and-takes\, and even our breath all play crucial roles in our interactions and trust building. \nWhether a horse braces against us or flows with us depends on our nervous systems\, our connection to ourselves\, and our bond with the horse. When we fail to connect and look within\, it reflects in our horses through inconsistency\, pushiness\, flightiness\, and other unwanted behaviors. DESCRIPTION:Come to the ranch at Restorative Strides and enjoy some time to focus on you! We will meet Friday January 13th from 6-8 pm and again on Saturday January 14th from 9 am – 3 pm. \nThis workshop is for you if you are a mom struggling to find time for the things you love\, an entrepreneur looking to set big goals for the coming year\, a retiree looking to find more purpose filled and joy filled days\, a student wondering how to get it all done\, or if you are a person who had a hard year and are looking to make 2023 even better than you could imagine. Anyone can join this workshop and everyone will benefit from this process! \nBring your dreams\, bring your open hearts and bring your fears. We will work through them all. \nThis workshop is so much more than a simple goal setting workshop. You will gain insight\, enjoy some nostalgia\, set some serious goals for 2023 and work toward building a year that you want to design. You will get a lot of tools and personalized exercises to help YOU create the year that you want. \nAs a free gift for registering\, you will get a printable workbook to help keep you on track as you go through this process! \nJoin us as we bring in 2023 with intention! \n*To keep the cost of the workshop at a minimum for our participants\, I will be asking that participants bring food and drinks for themselves.
