We will focus in on different aspects of life during each week including: physical environment, money, well-being and relationships. This in depth look at your life will help you decide what directions you might need to take to allow for growth. In doing the clean sweep, you will have a solid understanding of where you could improve to allow for maximum personal growth or for a fresh start. It is all what you make of it. This is not a workshop to judge you, simply a way for you to gauge where you are and what improvements you MIGHT want to make.
