May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
We are happy to bring you a free calendar to help support your mindfulness and look within during the month of May. As you look inward, slow down and become more aware of what is going on within you and around you, you might find that your mental health improves. We understand that not everyone has time in their day to spend hours on self care, and we know that a few minutes a day can make a huge difference in how we feel emotionally and mentally.
