The Fall Restoration

You’ve carried enough for everyone else. This time is for you.

October 3-5th, 2025                       Coffee Creek Montana

The Fall Restoration at Restorative Strides

You have held space for everyone else.

You have kept it all together, even when you didn’t want to.

Now it is your turn.

The Fall Restoration weekend retreat is a space to exhale – big and fully.

Over the three immersive days, we will slow down, let go of our burdens and begin the work of restoring what is within us.

Through Equine Gestalt Coaching, quiet reflection and deep connection, we will make space – for breath, for truth and for YOU.

October 3-5th, 2025

Coffee Creek, Montana

You have stayed strong, stayed quiet,  and kept moving through loss, change, caretaking, and the invisible weight of being the one everyone counts on.

The Fall Restoration is a 3 day immersive retreat where you are allowed to shed all that you have carried while the staff, Alli and the horses hold space for you to be.

Here, you don’t have to hold it together.

You don’t have to be strong.

You don’t have to perform.

You don’t have to explain.

You don’t have to prove anything.

Instead, you get to breathe.

You get to feel.

You get to be heard.

You get to be seen

You get to let go

You will experience Equine Gestalt with a small group of other women (there are only 5 spots). Equine gestalt is rooted in a deeply somatic experience, trauma informed and partners with horses to help you access your deep emotional truths. The body speaks first and the horses are great at reflecting what is hiding beneath the surface. They don’t rush, they don’t judge and they fully see you for who you are.

In this space you will be able to:

  • Finally say that thing that you have never said out loud.
  • Feel fully what you haven’t allowed yourself to feel.
  • Release old stories that have been unconsciously controlling you.
  • Be fully YOU, without judgement.

At The Fall Restoration you will experience:

Grounding, restorative time with the horses under the wide open skies of Montana.

Individual Gestalt Coaching in a supportive group setting.

Space for honest reflection, journaling, and rest.

Deep connection with other women who understand.

Time to rest, to integrate, and to restore.

A little art to spark your creativity and express yourself.

The work at The Fall Restoration isn’t about fixing you or your life. It is about allowing your true self to step forward as we honor her.

What you might feel after joining us in Coffee Creek:

  • Lighter – like you were able to let down your burdens
  • Clearer – more in tune with what is true for you
  • Seen – in a way you didn’t know you needed
  • Rooted – more connected to your body, voice and inner being
  • Restored – not polished, not perfect but more whole.

This retreat is for women who are ready to go deep, not just dabble.

It is for the ones who jump in with both feet.

If that is you and you feel it in your body, then you belong here.

THE RANCH

Restorative Strides is situated amongst the farmland of central Montana. There is big, wide open skies and an abundance of wildlife around. The horses are right out the front door of the shared bunkhouse and there is a little riparian area in the back pasture that is home to many different birds. The bunkhouse has room for 5 people to sleep and is a wide open old granary turned into gathering and sleeping space.

Accommodations

The bunkhouse at Restorative Strides is a step back in time. The Caraveos have turned an 80 year old granary into a space for gathering and healing. The antique touches from the wagon tongue and chicken feeder light fixture to the drainboard sink are all recycled and reused material. The antique theater seats came out of the Judith Theater and are the original seats that were in there when it was built in 1914. There are many other unique antique touches throughout the building. There is a full shower and tub out of an old stock tank with waterfall shower head.

Sleeping:

There are two bunkbeds with a twin over queen and one full bed in the loft.

If you require your own space while here, you are welcome to book a room at the Dent Inn in Denton (8 miles away), the Sundown Motel in Stanford (20 miles) or Lewistown has multiple options (50 miles)

We also welcome RVs or tents if that is more your style.

 Transportation

Great Falls is the closest airport to Restorative Strides if you are flying. It is only 90 minutes away.

If you want to fly into Billings, Great Falls or Helena, they are all 3 hours from Coffee Creek.

Otherwise, it is a nice drive to Coffee Creek, the views are stunning and full of wildlife.

Immerse yourself in the stunning, quiet beauty of this healing place and enjoy an unforgettable experience in the middle of Montana!

Meet Your Retreat Guide

Alli Caraveo is a graduate of the Touched by a Horse® Equine Gestalt Coaching Certification Program and in her final stages of Gestalt Coaching Method® certification to become a Master Gestaltist

Alli Caraveo

ABOUT ALLI

Horses have always been present in Alli’s life, holding space for her as she walked through  life changes, abusive relationships, loss of her father to drugs and eventually suicide, as well as the bumps and bruises that come from living. Horses have never told her to be less than or more than she was in the moment. So when she came across the Touched by a Horse™ program, she knew she had found her calling. Horses had seen into her soul and helped her to look deeper within herself. Alli is honored to partner with rescue horses as they help humans set down their pain to be carried away by the wind on their path to wholeness.

Alli enjoys working with women of all ages that have walked through deep disappointments. When a disappointment has rocked a woman to her core and knocked her off course, it can be hard to find the way back. She could be living in a shell but look like everything is ok. She could be raising kids or going through the motions but has never actually slowed down to ask herself what her favorite color actually is. Perhaps, that dream of landing that job never came to fruition because life got in the way. These disappointments color a woman’s view of herself and her life. As you step into a session with Alli and her horses, you will be able to let down the walls and explore what your soul truly craves.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the payment plan work?

We offer the option for the retreat to be paid for in installment plans, allowing you to spread out your retreat payments.

The deposit of $450 is non-refundable and due at the time of registration. There is a $50 fee for the payment plan. The remaining $800 can be split up into 2 payments. The final cost of retreat must be paid in full by September 19th, 2025.

If the final cost of retreat is not paid in full, you will forfeit your spot and the monies paid toward the retreat. Read Cancellation policy below for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation, please note your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel between 30-90 days prior to the retreat start date, 50% of the trip price will be forfeited. And if you cancel less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Given the unpredictability of current global events, we highly recommend that you purchase flight insurance through the airline when you book your airfare AND travel/trip cancellation insurance to cover your retreat investment. Insurance is not offered through Restorative Strides , but we do recommend AIG Travel Guard insurance. AIG Travel Guard provides a variety of insurance packages for you to choose from. CLICK HERE to learn more.

Will I be riding horses?

No. We will be spending all of our time on the ground with the horses. The healing herd at Restorative Strides are a variety of rescue horses and most are not suitable for riding.

What do I need to bring?

The ranch is western casual every day all day long – blue jeans, warm layers and cowgirl boots are a must. The weather is varied in Montana during the fall so we recommend dressing in layers. We will be outside for most of our time together, so please ensure that you have a good jacket, layers, a warm hat and a hat to keep the sun off. A good hat and sunscreen are a must. A more detailed list of packing suggestions will be sent to you in your welcome packet after registration.
